Responsibilities include managing the full admissions journey, tours in English and Spanish, maintaining dashboards and pipelines, and building partnerships with embassies, multinationals, relocation agencies and expat networks to drive

Formación

• Candidates should demonstrate a strong commercial and sales mindset with a focus on lead generation and enrolment targets.
• Proactive, energetic, persistent approach with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
• Proven ability to prospect, build relationships and develop new business opportunities.
• Excellent follow-up skills and ability to progress leads and opportunities.
• Fluency in English and Spanish suitable for meetings and tours with international families.
• Strong CRM discipline and comfort with pipelines, databases, reports and Excel.
• Experience using OpenApply and iSAMS is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full admissions journey from initial enquiry through enrolment.
• Be the main contact for prospective families, delivering an exceptional admissions experience.
• Conduct school tours and admissions meetings in both English and Spanish.
• Maintain admissions pipeline, monitoring leads, conversion rates, and progress.
• Manage and follow up on all incoming leads across OpenApply, WhatsApp, email and calls.
• Proactively identify and develop new sources of prospective families through outreach and partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with embassies, multinational companies, relocation agencies, expat networks and feeders.
• Act as the OpenApply and iSAMS champion, ensuring accurate data and workflows.
• Produce and monitor admissions dashboards and KPIs (enquiries, applications, conversions, sources).
• Coordinate interviews and appointments with academic, psychology and admissions teams.
• Support Open Days and recruitment events with the wider school team.
