Job summary

Autoliv seeks an Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to the Purchasing team and cross-functional leaders in a hybrid work environment in Mexico. You will coordinate calendars, travel, and meetings, and help prepare reports and materials for decision-making.

Requirements include an Associate's degree in business administration or related field, 3+ years’ admin experience, strong MS Office skills, and Advanced English. Fridays from home are available, offering flexible options.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of administrative or executive assistant experience supporting leaders.
• Proven MS Office proficiency including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Strong calendar, travel, expense, and event coordination experience.
• Excellent organization, recordkeeping, and confidentiality.
• Advanced English language skills.

Job description

In this role you will beresponsible for providing primary administrative support to the Purchasing team and assisting other functional leaders as needed.

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to Purchasing leaders and team members, ensuring efficient coordination of departmental activities and priorities.
• Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements, including supplier visits, workshops, events, and lodging logistics.
• Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, agendas, correspondence, and meeting materials to support business operations and decision-making.
• Process expense reports, purchase requests, invoices, and approval workflows while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Support team communications, onboarding activities, employee recognition programs, and the organization of shared files, records, and departmental information.

If You Have/are

• Associate’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of administrative or executive assistant experience supporting leaders and cross-functional teams in a professional environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Proven experience coordinating calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, expense reporting, purchasing activities, and event logistics.
• Strong organizational, recordkeeping, and communication skills, with the ability to prepare professional documentation, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
• Advanced English
