Incora is seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator in Chihuahua, MX. The role involves tracking and resolving payment issues, interacting with customers, and generating aging reports to keep accounts current. The successful candidate will maintain precise customer records and support timely invoicing and collections.

This full-time position is based at our Chihuahua location. Incora’s aerospace and defense experience underpins our global supply chain solutions.

Responsabilités

• Track and resolve outstanding payment issues for assigned accounts.
• Interact with customers to clarify information and payment expectations.
• Generate aging and statement of account reports on a regular schedule (monthly/weekly as required).
• Identify overdue invoices and escalate to ensure prompt resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records including contact info, portal usage, and billing requirements.
