Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required or preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Dynamics 365, SAP) applied to accounting processes.
• Basic to intermediate English (spoken and written).
• Verifiable 2–5 years of experience in similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Enter invoices and accounting entries into the company's system.
• Contact suppliers to request invoices or clarifications and assist users with accounting questions.
• Verify supplier invoices match purchase orders and comply with new tax invoicing regulations.
• Register supplier invoices in the system and prepare information for payment.
• Prepare a weekly record of checks and transfers and manually prepare checks.
• Conduct monthly reviews of supplier invoice balances and close month-end processes.
• Manage PDF and XML files of supplier invoices to meet Annex 24 requirements.
• Reconcile accounts on the balance sheet and perform month-end closing tasks.
• Other department duties as needed.
