ADI Global Distribution in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, seeks an Accounts Payable Clerk to assist daily invoice processing, three-way matching, and data entry with accuracy and speed.

You will work in a hybrid, fast-paced environment, collaborating with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely payments and compliance with SOX controls.

The role offers opportunities for growth and exposure to a global security and AV product portfolio in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a clerk or in a similar position.
• Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel skills required.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to and operate in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex solutions with limited supervision.

Responsabilités

• Ensure daily SLA are met.
• Data entry processing invoices/debits/credits.
• Daily processing on the assigned records, focusing on priorities as discount vendors.
• Understand and perform three-way matching (PO, receiving, GR).
• Process complex invoices and verify entries.
• Ensure SOX key controls are followed and documented.
• Maintain data entry accuracy and report changes as needed.
