Avnet is seeking an Accounting Clerk in the Mexico region to review and verify accounting records, prepare invoices and vouchers, and manage data entry and ledger postings for accounts payable and accounts receivable. This role involves ensuring timely processing and adherence to internal controls within a global technology distribution environment.

The position requires a minimum of three years of related experience and a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Formación

• Three years of related accounting experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to prepare invoices and reconcile ledgers.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares, codes, verifies, balances, and reconciles a variety of accounting transactions, listings, invoices, vouchers and reports in a timely manner.
• Maintains, balances and reconciles accounts payable, receivable ledger and general ledger accounts, financial statements and reports.
• Communicates with suppliers and internal/external customers to resolve issues and provide timely customer service.
• Ensures adherence to internal controls and accounting policies and procedures.
