Crealis Group is seeking an experienced Accounting & Tax Coordinator to lead accounting operations, tax compliance, financial reporting, and audit coordination in a multinational manufacturing setting. The role emphasizes process improvements and strict adherence to Mexican regulations and corporate standards.

You will manage closings, tax filings, audits, and ERP optimization while guiding a small accounting team and providing strategic financial guidance to business stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in public accounting required.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Experience in manufacturing environments, preferably multinational companies.
• Team leadership or coordination experience.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican tax regulations, NIF, and IFRS.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Infor, Epicor, or similar).
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI is a plus.
