Swiss Re is seeking an entry-level accounting professional to support allocated portfolio and tasks, ensuring quality, turnaround time, and compliance with performance indicators. You will review and process accounts under supervision, escalate issues as needed, and communicate with internal and external clients.

The role focuses on learning portfolio details, balancing settlements, and supporting cash flow management within a global, virtual team.

Formación

• University degree preferably in finance, accounting, economics or administration.
• Fluent or advanced English (written, spoken, listening).
• Proactive problem solving with root cause identification.
• Proficiency in workflow technologies (ACORD, B3i, Robotics).

Responsabilidades

• Exception-based handling of accounts with focus on data quality.
• Technical verification of accounts within validation framework.
• Account processing per guidelines, with possible escalations.
• Balance settlement with external clients.
• Cash flow management and accounts receivable actions.
• Ensure priorities and service standards are met.
• Achieve target KPIs and drive service quality.
• Regular reporting to supervisor and stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and share information.
