Ralliant is seeking an Accounting and Finance Analyst to support month-end closing, reporting, and internal control processes. The role includes journal entries, reconciliations, and ICFR testing, with responsibility for AR/AP and tax coordination.

A strong foundation in GAAP and accounting policies is required. Collaborating with the finance team, you will help ensure accurate financial reporting, cash flow management, and timely year-end activities.

Formación

• Bachelor's in Accounting
• Qualified Chartered Accountant

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
• Perform monthly variance analysis vs forecast and prior periods
• Review and improve internal controls and Accounting/Finance policies and procedures
• Reports and administers Fixed Asset/Other Asset reporting and administration, including leading fixed asset verifications
• Completes Internal control financial reporting (ICFR) testing and reporting, including planning and project management
• Prepares tax filings and coordinate with Ralliant corporate on state/federal tax compliance and accounting activities
• Assists finance manager with ongoing and special projects as assigned, including implementation of new accounting standards
• Monitor, control, and oversee accounts receivable activities to ensure timely collection of customer payments and maintain healthy cash flow
• Review aging reports, follow up on overdue balances, resolve payment discrepancies, and support month-end closing activities
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to minimize outstanding receivables and reduce credit risk
• Supervise accounts payable processes to ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments
• Review payment schedules, reconcile supplier statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain compliance with company policies and financial controls
