Monks is seeking an Associate Account Director in Mexico City to own client relationships, drive commercial success, and lead day-to-day experiences across projects with internal and external teams. You will collaborate with account leadership, creative, operations and production to deliver branded content and end-to-end brand experiences, while managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a proactive self-starter with strong business acumen and advanced English.

Formación

• 7+ years of marketing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Brand experience and branded content experience.
• Demonstrated ability to execute large-scale projects with internal and external partners.
• Self-starter who can operate in a constantly evolving team environment.
• Seasoned at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem solving and analysis skills with presentation development.
• Experience managing budgets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Google Docs, Slides, Sheets.

Responsabilidades

• Own the client relationship and provide strategic consult.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce great work.
• Learn all service offerings to best serve clients’ needs.
• Help structure and build new client teams.
• Partner with clients on creative briefs and direct client presentations.
• Provide clients with solutions and collect feedback for revisions.
• Communicate project requirements to project managers and teams to meet client expectations.
• Manage all processes required for client approvals.
• Oversee scheduling of key internal and external meetings.
• Create and update spreadsheets, creative folders and other documents across platforms.
• Manage financial processes including MSA, SOW, budgets, revenue tracking and internal reporting.
