3Search in Mexico City is hiring a Senior Account / Project Manager to join a global in-house Creative Hub. Hybrid role with up to 2 days in the office, managing large global campaigns and multiple creative projects across international teams.

You will shape briefs early with stakeholders, ensuring clear objectives and strong creative asks, while coordinating with designers, writers and leadership. English proficiency and fast-paced collaboration are key.

Formación

• Experience managing creative projects in an agency, studio or in-house environment.
• Experience handling multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience in global or international organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder and account management skills.
• Strong organization, prioritization and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Own delivery across large global campaigns and multiple smaller creative projects.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, reviews and approvals from brief through to completion.
• Work with stakeholders and creative teams across multiple markets and regions.
• Identify risks, dependencies and potential delays before they become problems.
• Re-prioritise quickly as workloads and business needs change.
• Work closely with designers, copywriters, creative leadership and project teams.
• Partner with traffic/resource management teams to manage capacity and scheduling.
• Keep project tracking clear, accurate and visible.
• Own relationships with a defined group of internal stakeholders.
• Work with stakeholders before briefs are finalized to understand the real business objective.
• Help turn unclear requests into strong, actionable creative briefs.
• Confidently challenge briefs or timelines when something isn’t quite right.
