Ericsson is seeking a Packet Core Integration Engineer to support design, deployment, integration and troubleshooting for 4G/5G core elements across North and South America. You will work with customers in a hands-on, end-to-end capacity, taking part in deployment, configuration and optimization activities.

The role requires hands-on experience with 4G networks and familiarity with 5G components, plus strong collaboration with global teams.

Formación

Bachelor of Engineering or related field is required.
Business English at B2-C1 level.
Up to 3 years telecom experience with at least 1 year external customer management.
Experience in 4G/5G packet core deployments, integrations, and troubleshooting (MME, SGW/PGW).
Hands-on experience with 4G elements for deployment and troubleshooting.
Kubernetes, Linux, and virtualization experience.

Responsabilidades

Provide service delivery to operators in North and South America.
Perform system integration, rollout, optimization and issue resolution.
Collaborate with customers using Linux, TCP/IP, containers and virtualization to enable data capabilities.
Be part of a motivated, diverse team and drive improvements.
Travel outside Mexico as needed; coordinate across time zones.
