Ericsson GmbH in Querétaro is seeking a Solution Architect to lead Emergency Handling efforts and provide expert technical support. You will isolate faults, restore networks, and coordinate with global teams to stabilize customer systems and prevent recurrence.

The role demands strong leadership, deep telecom knowledge (5G/5GC/EPC/IMS), and excellent English communication in a high‑pressure environment. Willingness to work rotating shifts and travel as needed is expected.

Formación

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Customer Support experience.
• Solid technical background with hands-on experience in Telecom products (5GC, EPC, Cloud, IMS).
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Be responsible for Emergency Handling Services and restore customer systems quickly.
• Contribute to delivery of customer projects beyond Emergency Handling.
• Provide solutions during emergencies and post-mortem phases; RCA CSRs.
• Drive collaboration with Local and Global Support management and customers.
