Bombardier Transportation GmbH in Mexico is seeking a highly experienced Director of Operations for the 2nd shift to lead multiple business units and deliver results. You will guide strategic planning, staffing, and cross-site initiatives in a regulated manufacturing environment to ensure sustained performance and growth.

The role requires deep knowledge of manufacturing operations, strong leadership, governance, and a track record of delivering complex projects with budgetary discipline.

Formación

• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in complex business environments.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience at a Manager level or equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience required, preferably in aerospace, automotive, or other regulated industries.
• Demonstrated experience leading strategic projects, plant start-ups, expansions, or large-scale transformations.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, operational excellence, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Understanding of standards and regulatory requirements (ISO 9001, QAD).
• Proven ability to ensure governance, and drive sustainable improvements.

• Lead, develop, and inspire managers, supervisors, and staff.
