• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Materials, Electrical).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering with exposure to project support and purchasing support roles.
• Advanced level of English (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for generating and consolidating information required for governance reviews, including agenda and action tracking.
• Oversees the budget and forecasts for Indirect Goods and Services (IGS) for the production unit, procurement activities, materials receipt/distribution, and invoice validation.
• Acts as liaison between core team and key business functions to ensure accurate daily indicator reporting and support MP and BSC reviews.
• Manages operational budget activities, including PRs, tracking POs, and monitoring invoices for supplies and services.
• Calculates, validates, analyzes, and reports production data and KPIs (HLTMS, HATMS, Efficiency, DOI, Downtime, Productivity Index, TE, Manpower, Learning Curve).
• Identifies performance gaps and risks based on KPI results and proposes corrective actions.
• Provides administrative and analytical support to the production unit and prepares periodic reports for senior management and operational teams.
• Participates in and supports continuous improvement initiatives and projects within the production unit.
