Gulfstream Aerospace Mexicali is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for the 2nd shift to ensure smooth process flow in compliance with engineering and quality standards. You will drive continuous improvement across manufacturing groups and work on SOPs, STR investigations, and cross-functional projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering with about four years of manufacturing experience, plus strong English communication and teamwork skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or manufacturing with 4 years of experience.
• Must understand manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methods.
• Proficiency with SOPs, STR investigations and cross-group collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and supervise actions to increase productivity and improve processes across groups.
• Responsible for RCCA to solve problems and implement improvements.
• Create work plans and BOMs, redlines/WOAs and work routines.
• Provide feedback to the First Article System.
• Understand manufacturing concepts and develop electrical visual aids (SOPs).
• Create STR investigations to validate design issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
