Thales in Mexico City is looking for an Operations and Support Engineer – Level 1 to provide Tier I technical support and incident management for hosted services. This role involves interacting with customers, managing incidents, and ensuring SLA adherence.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in operations or support and a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science. Knowledge of networking, cloud solutions, and ITIL best practices is also important.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in operation or support.
• Good to have experience in managing Splunk App development.
• Knowledge of ITIL and Service Delivery best practices.

Responsabilidades
