Synechron in Mexico City is seeking a Production Support Engineer to monitor and support production services, triage incidents, and coordinate with partner teams to restore services within SLAs.

You will work with Unix/Linux, SQL, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools, contribute to problem management and automation, and help reduce toil while maintaining strong ITIL‑aligned processes; English communication required.

Formación

• Experience in production support / IT service management in a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts (on-prem and cloud).
• Hands-on capability with Unix/Linux, SQL, Kubernetes, log analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools (Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Patrol).
• ITIL-aligned incident, problem, change and release management.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and support production services, responding to incidents within SLAs.
• Perform initial triage and implement fixes or workarounds.
• Coordinate recovery with partner teams and escalate as needed.
• Provide updates on impact, recovery progress and next steps.
• Contribute to problem management, runbooks and automation initiatives.
