AIG SEGUROS MEXICO S.A. DE C.V. seeks an FNOL Cabin Agent to provide immediate attention to policyholders’ claims and assistance requests from our Mexico City contact center. You will work 24/7 on emergency claims, ensuring fast, accurate data capture and quality care for auto and home incidents.

Experience in customer support and basic insurance knowledge is preferred. The role requires shift flexibility, teamwork, and proficient use of Excel, Word and Outlook.

Formación

• 1 year in customer support or similar role.
• Basic knowledge of insurance and claims processes.

Responsabilidades

• Register new claims in our systems related to traffic accidents or roadside assistance.
• Validate status and collect policy information.
• Provide customer service support and follow up on claims.
