Gardener


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the appearance of our gardens and outdoor spaces. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planting, watering, and pruning flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Maintaining lawns by mowing, edging, and fertilizing
- Applying pesticides and herbicides as needed
- Cleaning up debris and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the garden
- Monitoring plant health and diagnosing any issues
- Installing landscape features such as walkways, retaining walls, or decorative elements
- Collaborating with other team members to design and implement new garden layouts or features

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Gardener or in a similar role
- Knowledge of various plants, their care requirements, and common pests/diseases
- Ability to operate gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and pruners
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors for extended periods of time
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetics

Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications would be considered assets:
- Certification or formal training in horticulture or landscaping
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Experience working with irrigation systems
- Creativity in designing new garden layouts or features
