Job summary

The Chocolate Bar in Kuwait is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, lead and develop the restaurant team, and ensure outstanding customer service.

You will monitor sales, food and labor costs, wastage, and profitability; enforce food safety, hygiene, and SOPs; manage staff scheduling, attendance, and discipline; drive sales initiatives, and report on KPIs and operations.
