Job summary

The Chocolate Bar is seeking a Branch Manager in Kuwait to lead daily restaurant operations, drive sales, and manage a high-performing team. You will ensure top-notch customer service, monitor costs, and enforce food safety and SOP compliance.

We expect a hospitality degree or diploma and proven leadership in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team to achieve operational and sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high service standards.
• Monitor sales, food cost, labor cost, wastage, and overall branch profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, performance, and discipline.
• Drive sales and implement initiatives to improve branch performance.
