Job summary

e-Portal is seeking a Solutions Presales Consultant to design enterprise IT infrastructure across leading OEM portfolios. You will engage with enterprise clients, craft multi-vendor solutions, and lead POC demonstrations to strengthen bids and grow the business.

The role requires deep technical knowledge, consultative client engagement, and experience in BOQ building and RFP/RFQ/RFI responses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• 8–10 years of IT, business development or related experience.
• Strong consultative skills and deep technical knowledge across enterprise IT.

Responsibilities

• Engage with enterprise clients to understand requirements and recommend solutions.
• Design end-to-end computing and infrastructure solutions using multi-vendor portfolios.
• Prepare RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses, including BOQs and technical proposals.
• Conduct POCs and solution demonstrations ensuring client standards.

Job description

e-Portal is actively recruiting for the role of Solutions Presales Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, enterprise IT infrastructure and computing solutions, with strong expertise across leading OEM portfolios including Dell, Nutanix, Lenovo, HPE, VMware, Microsoft, Commvault, Citrix, NetApp, Pure Storage, Veeam, SuperMicro, Cisco Infrastructure, and Veritas Backup. This role requires a consultative professional with deep technical knowledge, strong client engagement skills, and proven experience in solution design, RFP/RFQ/RFI responses, BOQ building, and POC execution.

Roles And Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Engage with enterprise clients to understand business and technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Design and propose end-to-end computing and infrastructure solutions using multi-vendor portfolios.
• Prepare RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses, including BOQs, technical proposals, and solution documentation.
• Conduct POCs and solution demonstrations while ensuring compliance with client standards and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with sales teams and OEM vendors to support strategic bids, strengthen solution positioning, and drive business growth.

To qualify for this role, you must meet the below minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT field, business development or a related field.
