Job summary

TechBiz Global GmbH in Kuwait City is seeking a skilled Enablement Officer / Solution Engineer to join one of our client teams on a full-time, on-site basis. You will drive pre-sales demos, support commercial managers, and design integrations with crypto payments and wallets.

You will own the onboarding lifecycle, validate API flows, and guide clients through technical architectures, while collaborating with product and engineering to remove blockers and ensure a dependable, professional

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Solution Engineer, Integration Engineer, or Technical Consultant in a SaaS or fintech environment.
Hands-on experience with crypto payments, payment systems, PSP/API integrations, or wallet infrastructure.
Strong background in client-facing roles, pre-sales, and technical support.
Ability to read, understand, and explain API documentation.
Demonstrated ability to manage technical integrations end-to-end.

Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Demo: Deliver high-quality product demos to prospects and clients.
Integrations & Go-Live: Lead onboarding, validate designs, API flows and implementation approaches.
Technical Expertise: Explain complex concepts to non-technical clients and escalate blockers.
Client Support & Success: Serve as the technical point of contact during onboarding and integration.
Vendor & Partner Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors to meet timelines.
