Job summary

Client of Itineris HR (KU) is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for New Installations in Kuwait City. The role blends engineering knowledge with consultative sales to grow the new-installations business, guiding opportunities from discovery through order handover and supporting customers throughout the sales cycle.

You will discuss technical solutions, review tenders, prepare proposals and costings, and act as a technical advisor to the sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum seven years of experience in elevator/new-installations sales or related.
• Experience reviewing tenders, developing quotations and proposals, with consultants/contractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage new-installation opportunities through the sales cycle from enquiry to handover.
• Build relationships with customers, consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.
• Review tenders, RFIs/RFQs/RFPs, and prepare technical and commercial proposals and costings.
• Coordinate technical documents, shop drawings, and contract-related documentation.
• Act as technical advisor and support the sales team with solutions and demonstrations.
