Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase the company's portfolio.
• Develop and maintain relationships with facility management, real estate, and government stakeholders in Kuwait.
• Conduct cold calls and follow up on leads to generate new contracts.
• Demonstrate exceptional closing skills to secure deals and contracts.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales targets.
• Utilize technical knowledge of elevators to inform and support sales efforts.
• Navigate and work on tenders to secure contracts.
• Manage contract renewals, ensuring timely and successful negotiations.
• Prepare and submit repair proposals, ensuring thorough follow-up and closure.
• Monitor and achieve monthly and quarterly targets for contract renewal, repairs, and capturing new contracts.
