Job summary
Ooredoo Group of Companies in Kuwait City, Kuwait, is seeking a Senior Engineer Demand & Delivery Management to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. The role focuses on end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives, agile adoption, and DevOps integration to shorten time-to-market.
You will manage ADM vendors, shape solution design for Siebel CRM architectures, and coordinate across technology and business teams to realize strategic service launches in
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Telecommunication/Computer/Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
- Degree shall be approved by Kuwait Society of Engineers (Not required for non-engineers).
- Certified in Oracle SOA and Siebel CRM advantageous.
- Trained in DevOps tools and Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Understand the business requirements and translate them into functional/technical requirements.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives with on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Manage ADM vendor relationships and ensure SLA/GAP alignment.
- Define solution architecture for Siebel CRM and integrations across BSS/OSS.
- Provide design reviews and governance with stakeholders and vendors.
