Job summary

Ooredoo Kuwait, a subsidiary of Ooredoo Group of Companies, is seeking a Senior Executive, Help Desk to join our Kuwait City team. This on-site role provides first-line technical support and customer service for B2C and internal users, handling and resolving escalated issues with a focus on service quality and reliability.

You will coordinate with technology, sales and finance teams, prepare daily reports, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduated or have relevant experience.
• A+ , MCSE , CCNA certificate (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve customer complaints and technical problems across the range of Company products and services.
• Receive calls from the 121 Hotline from Retail Stores and dealers.
• Respond to email complaints and information for promotions and events from Retail Stores and customers.
• Follow up on escalated tickets with other departments and ensure timely resolution.
