Job summary

Ooredoo Kuwait is seeking a Senior Engineer in Demand & Delivery Management to translate business requirements into scalable Siebel CRM designs and lead architecture for telecom solutions. You will manage vendor relationships, drive delivery milestones, and ensure SLA adherence across digital platforms, middleware, and CRM integrations.

The role demands strong project management, DevOps mindset, and experience with Oracle SOA and cloud migrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Telecommunication/Computer/Electronics Engineering or related discipline with institute registration.
• Certified in Oracle SOA and trained in DevOps tools and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Siebel to Cloud CRM migration and exposure to SAFe methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable Siebel-based designs and architecture.
• Lead solution architecture for Siebel implementations and integrations to BSS/OSS.
• Drive vendor governance, manage delivery milestones, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with product and marketing needs.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery and post-implementation support within defined timelines.
