Job summary

Huxley in Kuwait seeks an experienced CCoE Governance Specialist to establish and mature cloud and AI governance across the enterprise, aligning with business and regulatory requirements.

The role leads governance forums, develops policies and operating models, and delivers executive dashboards and KPI reporting to senior leadership. Candidates should have 15+ years in governance and 5+ years in cloud governance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technology or governance roles.
• 5+ years in Cloud Governance or CCoE environments.
• Proven ability to develop governance frameworks, operating models, and policies.
• Experience leading governance boards and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Strong KPI development and executive reporting experience.
• Experience with large enterprise transformation programs.
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, and/or GCP governance principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Cloud and AI governance frameworks.
• Define governance principles, standards, policies, procedures, and controls for cloud and AI services.
• Establish and manage Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) governance operating models.
• Drive governance alignment across business units and corporate functions.
• Support strategic cloud and AI transformation initiatives.
• Organize and facilitate governance boards, steering committees, and working groups.
• Coordinate with business, technology, security, risk, legal, procurement, and finance stakeholders.
• Prepare governance materials, decision papers, and executive presentations.
• Track governance decisions, action items, risks, and escalations.
• Define roles, responsibilities, and accountability through RACI frameworks.
• Develop executive dashboards and governance reporting frameworks.
• Define and track governance KPIs and performance metrics.
• Provide regular reports on cloud adoption, AI initiatives, compliance, risk, and operational performance.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
• Support cloud and AI risk assessments and mitigation activities.
• Monitor governance adherence and control effectiveness.
• Support internal and external audits related to cloud and AI governance.
• Drive continuous improvement of governance practices and controls.
