Job summary

Euro Staffs in Kuwait City seeks a Digital Security Director to establish, scale, and lead enterprise cybersecurity, cloud security, and risk governance across Kuwait and regional operations. You will drive strategy, governance, and security policy frameworks while directing threat intelligence, incident response, and SOC oversight.

The role demands 10+ years in information security with at least 4+ years in executive leadership, strong knowledge of Zero Trust, IAM, SIEM/SOAR, and cloud

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Information Security and Digital Risk Management with at least 4+ years in an executive or directorial role.
• Proven success scaling cybersecurity, SOC oversight, incident management, and cloud security frameworks.
• Expert knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture, Endpoint Security, SIEM/SOAR, IAM, and Penetration Testing.
• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, or CRISC.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity/CS/IT; Master’s preferred.
• Languages: Fluent in English; bilingual English/Arabic is a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute a digital security strategy, governance, and policy frameworks.
• Direct security monitoring, threat intelligence, and incident response operations.
• Design secure cloud architectures, API security standards, and zero-trust data protection.
• Ensure Kuwait Central Bank cyber security regulations, CITRA, ISO 27001 compliance.
• Evaluate third-party risk and manage vendor security compliance.
• Build and lead a high-performing security team with executive risk reporting.
