Automak Automotive Co. K.S.C.C. seeks an energetic automotive sales professional to drive vehicle sales, engage with customers, and deliver an exceptional buying experience in Kuwait City. You will promote assigned brands, manage inquiries, present vehicles, and guide customers through the sale process.

The role emphasizes meeting revenue targets, building relationships, and coordinating with banks for funding, while maintaining CRM accuracy and supporting dealership growth.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales revenue, unit sales, and targets.
• Receive customer enquiries, identify needs, and recommend suitable vehicles and solutions.
• Conduct showroom presentations, product demonstrations, and test drives.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, booking forms, and sales documentation accurately.
• Follow up leads, enquiries, and prospects to maximize conversion rates.
• Build strong customer relationships to improve retention and repeat business.
• Promote finance, insurance, accessories, warranties, and value-added services.
• Coordinate with banks and finance companies for customer funding solutions.
• Ensure timely booking processing, vehicle delivery, and customer handover.
• Maintain accurate CRM updates, customer records, and sales pipeline status.
• Support corporate, fleet, and referral sales opportunities when required.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Participate in campaigns, showroom events, and promotional activities.
• Ensure showroom display standards, demo vehicle readiness, and professional presentation.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and elevate issues when required.
• Ensure compliance with pricing approvals, company procedures, and sales policies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Ensure compliance with IMS requirements in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Support customer satisfaction, service quality, and continual improvement initiatives within dealership and sales operations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable operational, legal, quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and customer communication related to operational activities.
• Report customer complaints, incidents, unsafe conditions, and operational nonconformities to the concerned department.
• Participate in IMS trainings, audits, corrective actions, and departmental improvement initiatives.
• Promote safe working practices, environmental awareness, and customer-focused culture within daily operations.
• Stop and report any unsafe act or unsafe condition that may impact personnel, customers, company property, or operations.
