Job summary

Client of Career Hunters is seeking a results-driven sales professional in Kuwait City to drive revenue across power sports, automotive, and luxury segments. You will lead from lead generation to closing, delivering tailored product recommendations that meet customer needs and budgets.

Responsibilities include managing the entire sales cycle, conducting product demonstrations, and following up on opportunities while maintaining a robust pipeline and timely forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 4-7 years of proven sales experience, preferably in power sports, automotive, motorcycles, marine, luxury retail, or related industry.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions quotations sales activities and forecasts
• Participate in exhibitions promotional events product launches and other sales activities
• Monitor market trends competitor activities pricing and customer preferences
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management
• Support junior sales team members and contribute to overall team performance
