Responsibilities

• Promote sales and customer activities for corporate clients.
• Process bookings and visas for corporate customers and finalize travel arrangements.
• Follow up payments with corporate accounts and monitor credit limits.
• Conduct daily cold calls to open new corporate accounts and maintain existing ones.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships across branches and handle complaints professionally.
• Provide high-quality service per customer care KPIs and respond to inquiries.

Job description

Shall contribute to maximizing Corporate sales and market share of Cozmo Travel’s sales through efficiently promoting and executing day-to-day sales and customer services of corresponding branch to achieve set targets and objectives, thereby enhancing customer experience and increasing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Works on promoting sales and customer activities as per guidance of the Reporting Manager, in line with the policies and procedures of the Company. These activities include but not limited to tickets, packages, holidays, visas, insurance, car rental, etc. For Corporate clients
• Processes all bookings and visas for Corporate customers, to corporate team to issues tickets and finalizes all necessary travel arrangements through the system, following adopted procedures.
• Follow up all the pending payments with corporate account and make sure to be on track. Report to direct manager if any payment failed or delay also keep following the credit limit for each corporate client
• Daily cold sales call to companies to open new account with Cozmo and also regular visit for the Existing corporate to collect the feedback and pushing them for more business
• Establishes excellent customer relationships with all other branches’ current and potential clients. Handles all customer complaints, problems in a very calm and positive manner; follows the right procedures in directing the complaints through proper channels when needed.
• Provides high quality of services to all customers as per communicated Customer Care KPIs by the Reporting Manager. Shall respond to all customers’ inquiries raised by visits, calls, emails, etc. immediately and effectively. Handles all customers in a friendly welcoming attitude and refrain from any attitude that might lead to customer dissatisfaction.
