Job summary

BON GROUP THE CHOCOLATE BAR in Salmiya is seeking an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the branch and lead the dining room staff to deliver excellent service.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field and have 5+ years of experience in hospitality or restaurant operations, with strong leadership and cost-control skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ Years Experience in hospitality or restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team to achieve operational and sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high service standards.
• Monitor sales, food cost, labor cost, wastage, and overall branch profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, performance, and discipline.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Drive sales and implement initiatives to improve branch performance.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, product quality, and presentation.
• Prepare and monitor branch KPIs and operational reports.
