BON GROUP THE CHOCOLATE BAR in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead operations of a restaurant branch in Salmiya. The role requires directing daily activities, achieving sales targets, and ensuring top-tier service and compliance with safety standards.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in restaurant management, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Arabic. Lebanese/GCC experience is a plus; halal operations and quality control are valued strengths.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team to achieve operational and sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high service standards.
• Monitor sales, food cost, labor cost, wastage, and overall branch profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, performance, and discipline.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Drive sales and implement initiatives to improve branch performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team to achieve operational and sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high service standards.
• Monitor sales, food cost, labor cost, wastage, and overall branch profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, performance, and discipline.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant/Branch Manager.
• Strong experience in F&B / Restaurant Operations in Kuwait or the GCC.

• Strong understanding of restaurant P&L, food cost, labor cost, and sales targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic .
• Lebanese candidates are preferred.
• Candidates currently residing in Kuwait are preferred.
