Job summary

BON GROUP THE CHOCOLATE BAR in Salmiya is seeking a dedicated Barista to manage day-to-day branch operations, lead the restaurant team, and ensure outstanding service while upholding food safety and SOPs.

You will monitor sales and costs, schedule staff, handle customer feedback, and drive initiatives to improve branch performance, while maintaining product quality and presentation. A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality or related field is required, with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day branch operations and develop the restaurant team to meet sales and service targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and uphold high service standards, food safety, hygiene, and SOP adherence.
• Monitor sales, food cost, labor cost, wastage, and branch profitability; manage staff scheduling and performance.
• Prepare and monitor branch KPIs and operational reports; resolve customer feedback and drive sales initiatives.
