Job summary

The Chocolate Bar in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Branch/FOH Leader to support daily operations and act as the in-charge in the Branch Manager’s absence. You will oversee service quality, staff performance, hygiene standards, and seamless coordination with kitchen teams.

You will lead daily briefings, supervise opening/closing tasks, and manage schedules while ensuring customer satisfaction and safe, efficient operations across the branch.

Qualifications

• Oversee daily FOH operations and support branch operations.
• Lead and develop front-of-house staff to meet service standards.
• Coordinate with Kitchen and Central Kitchen for quality and timing.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, manage reservations and waiting lists to optimize flow.
• Present menus, handle queries and suggest food/beverage options.
• Ensure prompt guest service and monitor ticket delivery times.
• Lead and motivate FOH staff to improve performance.
• Conduct daily pre-shift briefings and communicate across shifts.
• Assist in opening/closing checklists and logbook entries.
• Oversee inventory and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
