Job summary

Snoonu is seeking an Online Account Executive - Restaurants in Kuwait to manage and grow relationships with food partners across Kuwait, drive engagement, support onboarding, and help partners improve performance on the platform. You will coordinate with internal teams, handle partner requests, monitor performance, and contribute to campaigns and growth initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in account management, sales, customer success or similar client-facing role.
• Experience in food delivery, ecommerce, hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of food partners across Kuwait.
• Be the key contact for partners, ensuring strong communication and engagement.
• Support partner onboarding, training, and ongoing platform adoption.
• Handle partner requests, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and partner satisfaction.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and growth initiatives with partners.
• Prepare account updates and performance insights for business decisions.
• Conduct regular online partner meetings and business reviews.
