Job summary

Deliveroo Kuwait City is hiring a Mid Market Account Manager to manage restaurant partners and drive growth in a fast-paced marketplace. You will own partner relationships, optimize performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to unlock revenue opportunities.

You’ll leverage data-driven insights, present growth strategies, and contribute to onboarding and expanding partners on the Deliveroo platform while delivering superb partner experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years in a commercial role in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities using data analytics.
• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and G-Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Deliveroo restaurants in Kuwait and grow relationships.
• Lead the delivery agenda with partners to drive sustainable growth.
• Oversee day-to-day account management with cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor operational metrics and support partners to improve service quality.
• Drive adoption of Deliveroo marketing tools, promotions, and campaigns.
• Support partner onboarding and expansion onto the Deliveroo platform.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations on new projects.
