Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Deliveroo restaurants in Kuwait, including high-volume partners.
• Strengthen relationships and grow partners' business on the platform.
• Lead delivery initiatives with partners to drive sustainable growth.
• Oversee day-to-day account management and negotiations.
• Monitor performance metrics and support improvements in service quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Operations.
• Onboard new partners and assist expansion onto Deliveroo.
