Job summary

Snoonu, a Qatar-born super app operating in Kuwait, seeks an Online Account Executive for Restaurants to manage a portfolio of food partners and drive growth across Kuwait. You’ll build strong partner relationships, onboard new partners, and coordinate with internal teams to optimize performance and engagement.

The role emphasizes customer-focused problem solving, clear communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, business development, or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience in food delivery, e-commerce, hospitality, restaurants, or similar industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a portfolio of food partners across Kuwait.
• Act as a key contact for partners, ensuring strong communication and engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with restaurant partners and stakeholders.
• Support partner onboarding, training, and platform adoption.
• Handle partner requests, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to improve growth and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and partner satisfaction.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and growth initiatives with partners.
• Prepare account updates, reports, and performance insights for business decisions.
• Conduct regular online partner meetings and business reviews.
