Job summary

Anton Oilfield Services Group in Kuwait seeks a Planning Engineer to establish and optimize maintenance planning processes for efficient project execution. You will manage manpower, track costs, and coordinate shutdowns to ensure equipment reliability in a challenging oilfield environment.

The role requires 8+ years in maintenance planning or supervision, strong analytics, and expertise in planning systems and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, or related engineering.
• 8+ years in maintenance of mechanical/electrical/instrumentation equipment in oil & gas or industrial sector.
• 5+ years in maintenance planning or supervisory role.
• Strong experience in preventive maintenance planning for static and rotating equipment.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, shutdown coordination, and resource management.
• Strong understanding of maintenance reporting, cost control, and performance monitoring.
• Excellent analytical, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in maintenance planning systems and standard computer applications.

Responsibilities

3. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar maintenance planning or supervisory role.


4. Strong experience in preventive maintenance planning for static and rotating equipment.


5. Knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, shutdown coordination, and resource management.


6. Strong understanding of maintenance reporting, cost control, and performance monitoring.
