Job summary

Anton Oilfield Services Group is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for the On Sync Energy Management Services division in Kuwait City. The role focuses on maintenance planning, supervision of maintenance teams, and ensuring asset reliability through robust records and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and 8+ years in maintenance within oil & gas or related industries, including 5+ years in supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial sectors.
• 5+ years in a supervisory or maintenance role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment maintenance, asset reliability, and preventive maintenance practices.
• Experience managing maintenance materials, spare parts, and equipment records.

Responsibilities

• Administer requisitions for maintenance materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment required for maintenance activities.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance personnel to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Maintain equipment history, maintenance records, and performance trend data to support asset reliability.
• Prepare and submit daily maintenance and operational reports.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend maintenance improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance procedures, safety standards, and engineering best practices.
