Job Responsibilities

1. Administer, monitor, and manage contract administration activities and related systems.
2. Supervise and coordinate the work of assigned personnel to ensure efficient operations.
3. Maintain and update contract records, documentation, and related project data.
4. Conduct technical studies and provide support in contract administration, engineering, and maintenance services.
5. Prepare technical, commercial, and administrative documentation required for project and contract activities.
6. Monitor work orders to ensure accurate recording of resources, maintenance activities, and equipment history.
7. Prepare and issue periodic reports on maintenance activities, contract performance, work progress, and budgets.
8. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with organizational procedures and maintenance management processes.
9. Support continuous improvement of contract administration and maintenance management practices.

Qualification Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in contract preparation, tendering, or contract administration within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Engineering industry.
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory or specialist role.
4. Experience supporting maintenance services and engineering contract management.
5. Minimum 2 years of experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or similar maintenance management software.
6. Proficiency in computerized applications, including Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.
7. Strong knowledge of contract administration, technical documentation, and reporting.
8. Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
