Job summary

Anton Oilfield Services Group is seeking a Planning Engineer in Kuwait City to lead maintenance planning and scheduling for our On Sync Energy Management Services operations. You will develop maintenance plans, optimize manpower, monitor costs, and coordinate shutdown activities to ensure reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation engineering.
• 8+ years in maintenance of mechanical/electrical/instrumentation equipment in Oil & Gas.
• 5+ years in maintenance planning or supervisory role.
• Experience in preventive maintenance planning for static and rotating equipment.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, shutdown coordination, and resource management.
• Strong cost control and performance monitoring knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in maintenance planning systems and standard computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar maintenance planning or supervisory role.
• Strong experience in preventive maintenance planning for static and rotating equipment.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, shutdown coordination, and resource management.
• Strong understanding of maintenance reporting, cost control, and performance monitoring.
