Job summary

Talabat, part of Delivery Hero Group, is seeking an Account Manager (Qatar) to manage and grow relationships with restaurant and vendor partners. You will serve as the main point of contact, helping them optimize their presence on our platform and grow their sales.

You will analyze sales and operations data, provide actionable recommendations, coordinate campaigns, and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Logistics, and Operations to ensure excellent partner satisfaction and compliant

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Partner Success.
Experience in food tech, FMCG, or e-commerce is a plus.
Fluency in Arabic is a must.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant and vendor partners.
Analyze sales, operational, and engagement data to identify improvements in menu performance, pricing, promotions, and delivery logistics.
Identify growth opportunities within the portfolio—upsell services, promote cross-promotions, and improve partner performance.
Collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, and Operations to address partner needs and resolve issues promptly.
Negotiate and renew commercial agreements to ensure fair and strategic partnerships and ensure SLA compliance.
