Job summary

talabat is seeking a Sales Executive to join our team in expanding our network of restaurant and retail partners. You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, driving regional growth, and ensuring partner success.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in field sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a track record of meeting targets. Fluency in English & Arabic and a valid driving license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in e-commerce, FMCG, or technology startups.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Fluency in English & Arabic
• A valid driving license is a must.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new restaurant and retail partners through field sales, cold calling, and networking
• Generate and qualify leads through research, outreach, referrals, and market mapping to build a strong sales pipeline
• Present talabat’s value proposition and negotiate commercial agreements
• Onboard new partners and ensure a smooth integration into the platform
• Maintain strong relationships with partners to drive long-term collaboration
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive insights
• Collaborate with internal teams (account management, marketing, operations) to ensure partner success
