Job summary

Al Tayer Insignia in Kuwait hires for a Warehouse Operations role to support Ecom outbound activities alongside the Warehouse Supervisor. The role focuses on troubleshooting pick, pack, and dispatch tasks to ensure on-time customer order fulfilment within the defined SLA.

The candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience, a High School/Intermediate education, and knowledge of warehouse management systems and Salesforce. Strong attention to detail, safety, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve inventory discrepancies from customer orders.
• Liaise with warehouse inventory team for resolution of discrepancies.
• Report customer order issues in Salesforce for timely resolution and reference.
• Ensure order picking and packing flow aligns with warehouse handover SLA.
• Assist Personal Shoppers in fulfilling VIP orders by reserving stocks on request.
• Assist in BOL creation and communications related to Brick and Mortar transfers.
• Guide and motivate subordinates to enhance performance and maintain quality.
• Maintain HSE practices to minimize damage and injury; ensure safe task execution.
• Implement excellent housekeeping standards within the area of operations.

Job Purpose

To support Warehouse Supervisor/Store Keeper in the Ecom Outbound operations, by managing the trouble shooting activities related to pick, pack and dispatch operations and to ensure customer order fulfilment within agreed SLA

Responsibilities

Functional Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve the inventory related discrepancies identified from the customer orders
• Liaise with warehouse inventory team to get resolution for inventory discrepancies
• Report customer order related issues in Sales Force application for timely resolution and for future reference
• Ensure order picking and packing flow in line with warehouse order handover SLA
• Assist the Personal Shoppers in fulfilling VIP customer orders by reserving the stocks on request
• Assist in BOL creation and communications related to Brick and Mortar transfers
• Guide and motivate subordinates to enhance performance and produce quality work
• Maintain HSE practices in the working environment in order to minimize the opportunity of damage of property and injury to self and colleagues. Ensure self and team conduct tasks in a safe manner in line with HSE processes defined by the company.
