Job summary

Nasoft in Kuwait City is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our E-commerce store. You will oversee daily operations, monitor performance, coordinate shifts, and ensure smooth delivery processes.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of operations experience, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is an onsite role with opportunities to optimize workflows and drive efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, team management, logistics, delivery operations, or similar role in shipment or e‑commerce stores.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and reporting tools; ability to analyze operational data and prepare clear reports.

Nasoft is hiring an Operation manager for E-commerce store in Kuwait city , We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, monitor employee performance, coordinate shifts and schedules, and ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing operational activities, resolving day-to-day issues, monitoring drivers and order fulfillment, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor employees’ daily performance and ensure that all assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Manage employees and organize shift schedules and working hours according to operational requirements.
• Prepare, monitor, and maintain daily operational reports and performance updates.
• Monitor drivers and ensure that delivery operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Follow up on orders and promptly address any delivery issues, delays, or operational challenges.
• Handle internal and operational problems and provide practical and timely solutions.
• Coordinate effectively between employees and different departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and overall performance.
• Identify recurring operational issues and recommend effective solutions to improve workflow and prevent future problems.
• Escalate critical or unresolved operational issues to management and follow up until they are properly resolved.
• Support the continuous improvement of daily operations and contribute to increasing overall operational efficiency.
• Ensure that operational procedures and company policies are properly followed.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and ensure that operational priorities are understood and executed.

Requirements

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred. 2–4 years of experience in operations, team management, logistics, delivery operations, or a similar role in Shipment or E-commerce stores. Previous experience managing and supervising employees or operational teams. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced working environment. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and reporting tools. Ability to analyze operational data and prepare clear and accurate reports. Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle operational pressure and resolve issues quickly and effectively. Good leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage team members. Flexibility to work different shifts according to business and operational needs. Previous experience in delivery, logistics, e-commerce, or last-mile operations is a strong advantage.
